The Data Controller Motor Hobby srl , in the person of the Legal Representative Mr. Nazzareno Damiani and the Data Controller Mr. Massimo Pierantoni , provide the details relating to the methods of management of your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR 2016/679. It is specified that this information will be updated whenever, by law and/or company procedure, changes are made to the current management method of your personal data.

- 2 Type of data processed
Pursuant to Article 4 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the data covered by this document are classified as "personal data" or as any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person.
Please note that your personal data subject to our processing are:
- Name and surname
- Residence address
- Tax ID code
- VAT number
- Mobile number
- Iban code
- Data relating to your images such as photos or images due to the presence of a video surveillance system in the company
- 3 Purpose of processing
The data is processed and stored for the management of commercial and administrative relationships relating to the sale and repair of motorcycles.
Furthermore, your personal data may be processed for marketing and commercial information purposes carried out by our Company following the consent given by you.
- 4 Retention period
The data is stored both electronically and in paper form. The original/copy documentation is kept at:
- Our headquarters;
- the accountant's office;
- the conservation delegate;
The data is stored for the entire duration of the commercial relationship; while at the end of the same, only those personal data contained in the tax documents will be retained to comply with the provisions of the law. The data is stored with external providers and/or companies located in EU countries.
- 5 Treatment methods
The term processing method in this context describes the technical and organizational methodologies implemented by Motor Hobby to guarantee suitable and safe management and storage of data. The data is processed electronically and on paper and is accessible only to authorized personnel by issuing specific and individual access permissions.
- 6 Communication and dissemination
Your data is communicated both electronically via company email or certified email and in paper form to the following subjects:
- to credit institutions for aspects relating to payment management;
- to the tax consultancy firm for the related obligations;
- to the business consultants indicated in the previous art. 4;
- to the judicial or inspection authorities in case of their requests;
- to the Delegate for Digital Preservation;
Your data will not be disclosed.
- 7 The rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to receive clear information regarding the methods and purposes of processing of his data. He is required to give his explicit consent which he can revoke at any time. However, it is specified that this revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation itself. The interested party has the right of access to his data together with the right to obtain the rectification of any inaccurate information concerning him; in the event of opposition to the processing, our Company will limit the use of your data. When the conditions referred to in the previous article 3 cease to exist, our Company will delete your data deemed no longer necessary.
Furthermore, pursuant to art. 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the interested party has the right, known as the "right to be forgotten" , to cancellation and de-indexing on the internet and in the virtual world; in this case the data will be deleted in compliance with the conditions established by law.

- 8 The right to data portability
Each interested party has the right to portability of his data or the right to transfer his data from one electronic system to another. This situation occurs in the case of processing of your original data in digital preservation.
- 9 The right to opposition and profiling
Pursuant to art. 19 and art. 20 of the European Regulation 2016/679, each interested party has the right to object to the processing of data for purposes that are excessive and different from those indicated and covered by this information and the right not to be subjected to profiling measures . The company does not carry out any profiling activities .

The Data Controller and Data Processor and each person in charge implement the security measures deemed most suitable to guarantee security in data processing and storage activities.
